Is a 100% natural active from plant stem cells of the rhizome of Curcuma longa, the Turmeric plant. Returns
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 7 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing info@megiwellness.com before you return your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at info@megiwellness.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited. The goods will be deemed returned when received by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of goods which have been opened, damaged or used. Delivery will not be refunded.

How long will take to see the results?
When applied daily, you can expect to see results from serum as soon as 3 months.

Will serum leave my hair greasy?
Our Serum is water based you it will not make your hair greasy. It’s a leave in treatment and can be applied any time of the day.
Can I use serum just to strengthen my hair?
Absolutely. If you just want to strengthen your hair, use our serum 2,3 times per week. You will still see great results after 3 months.
Can male with hair loss use your serum?
Yes. All ingredients used in our Serum will help with growth stimulation. Our serum also contains Burgeon Up™ - effective in both inducing the growth period whiles also suppresses the mechanism of action of male hormones preventing hair loss.
What happens if I stop using serum?
Like any wellness routine, your body will go back to its natural state. The same as skin care routine or going to the gym. Your body will go back to where is comfortable.
